1. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER PLACES?
- If the purchase was made via our website (www.welovefunfit.com), the items are to be returned/ exchanged/ refunded only via FUNFIT HQ.
- If the purchase was made at our boutique at NEX (#02-42), the item(s) are to be exchanged only at the store. Kindly note that we do not accept refunds for in-store purchases.
- Each order is only allowed to be returned once.
- Discounted items or purchases made with promotional codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
- Festive bags (mystery items, jolly bags, etc) are not applicable for exchange and returns.
- If the purchase was made on Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce marketplaces, the item(s) are to be returned/ exchanged/ refunded only at the respective platforms.
2. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
An exchange or return will only be eligible based on the following conditions.
FOR ONLINE STORE PURCHASE
- For first time orders via our website, items will be allowed for return/ refund via online credit code.
- Each order is only allowed to be returned once.

- Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tags intact.

All hosiery products, accessories, promotional items and swimwear are not applicable for exchanges or returns for hygiene purposes.
- Discounted items or purchases made with promotional codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
- Festive bags (mystery items, jolly bags, etc) are not applicable for exchange and returns.

All shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer. Delivery services with a tracking system are highly recommended. FUNFIT will not be liable for any unfortunate case of lost returns.
- Do take note for website returns, all returns will be refunded in the form of online credit codes (valid for 3 months only), and is not exchangeable for cash. In the unlikely case whereby an item returned to us does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return.

4. WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
- If a defective or incorrect item(s) was sent to you, we apologise for allowing a slip-through in our quality checks. In the case of such an unfortunate situation, kindly contact us within 7 working days upon receiving the item(s).
- Please include snapshots of the defective or incorrect item(s) clearly. There may be a 0.5”- 0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as defective.
- Our team will arrange for a pickup for the defective/ incorrect item. If the item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together. In the event that the item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. All items to be returned must be in their original condition; unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Items which do not fulfil the criteria will be rejected duly.
- Due to variation in specifications and resolutions across different screens, colours (especially for brighter hues) shown on screen may have slight differences and are not considered defective. As such, requests for exchange/ return due to such reasons will be rejected.
5. HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

- Once we receive your return parcel, the online credit code will be processed within 2 - 3 working days.
- Please note that the delivery costs will be borne by you.
Please note that we would require merchandise to be returned in their original condition and unwashed with the tags intact.
6. HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?
Your return(s) will be refunded in the form of an online credit code equivalent to the end amount you paid for the item(s). The code is for a one-time use only, and will expire within three months from date of issue. You will be able to use it on any item on our online store!
7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I’VE RETURNED AN ORDER THAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
We will contact you via email once we have processed your parcel. For your parcel to be returned to you, please note that there will be a redelivery fee of $5.
