RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that we are extending all return and exchange periods by 1 month for orders placed from 6th March to 30th June 2020.

For example, if you made a purchase on 20th May and would like to make an exchange (with all other criteria for exchanges met), you may make a request to exchange the item until 19th July.

Please note that returns and exchanges during this period will be delayed, and will still be subjected to the return policy. If you'll like to make a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@welovefunfit.com first.

What is your online return policy?

An exchange or return will only be eligible based on the following conditions: 

  • Items are to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (Please contact us at hello@welovefunfit.com before sending down the return)
  • Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tags intact
  • All shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer. Delivery services with tracking system are highly recommended. FUNFIT will not be liable for any unfortunate case of lost returns.
  • All hosiery products and yoga mats are not applicable for exchanges or returns for hygiene purposes
  • Discounted items or purchases made with promotional codes are not applicable for exchange and returns
  • Items purchased at other FUNFIT retail stores or e-commerce marketplaces will adhere to the exchange & return policy of the respective stores

All returns will be refunded in the form of online credit codes and not exchangeable for cash.

In the unlikely case whereby an item returned to us does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return. No credit codes will be issued in such circumstances.

 

What is your return policy for purchases made at our NEX boutique?

No refunds will be made. An exchange will only be eligible based on the following conditions: 

  • Items are to be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tags intact
  • All hosiery products and yoga mats are not applicable for exchanges or returns for hygiene purposes
  • Discounted or promotional items are not applicable for exchange and returns
  • Items purchased at other FUNFIT retail stores, our online store or e-commerce marketplaces will adhere to the exchange & return policy of the respective stores

In the unlikely case whereby an item returned to us does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return. No exchange will be applicable in such circumstances.

 

Can I return / exchange my online purchase at the NEX boutique?

Yes, you may do so only upon confirmation with us.

What can I do if I received an incorrect or defective item?

If a defective or incorrect item(s) is being sent to you, we apologise in advance to allow such slip through our quality checks.
In the case of such unfortunate situation, kindly contact us within 7 working days upon receiving the item(s).

Please include snapshots of the defective or incorrect item(s) clearly. There may be a 0.5”- 0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as defective. 

Our team will arrange for a pickup for this defective/ incorrect item. If the item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together. In the event that the item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. All items to be returned must be in their original condition; unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Items which do not fulfil the criteria will be rejected duly.

Due to variation in specifications and resolutions across different screens, colours (especially for brighter hues) shown on screen may have slight differences and are not considered defective. As such, requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.

How do I exchange or return my order?

For Singapore orders

Please contact us at hello@welovefunfit.com with your order number and your preferred option of exchange or return.

1. You may exchange or return at our flagship store @ NEX Serangoon only upon confirmation. (Scheduled appointment has to be made beforehand.)
2. Or, you can send the merchandise back to our office first. Postage with tracking number will be highly recommended as we cannot process the return if the mail is lost. The address will be 37 Tannery Lane #08-01 Tannery House Singapore 347790.
Once we receive it at our office, the online credit code or the exchange will be processed within 2 - 3 working days.
Please note that the delivery costs will be borne by you.
3. Or, you can also top up $5 for our Courier Express Exchange to exchange at your doorstep.
Please note that we would require merchandise to be returned in their original condition and unwashed with the tags intact.

For international orders

Please contact us at hello@welovefunfit.com with your order number and your preferred option of exchange or return.

How will I be reimbursed for my returned order?

Your return(s) will be refunded in the form of an online credit code equivalent to the end amount you paid for the item(s). The code does not expire, and you can use it on any item on our online store!

 

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We will contact you via email, once we have processed your parcel. For your parcel to be returned to you, please note that there will be a redelivery fee of $5.
