What delivery options do you offer in Singapore?

You can choose from:

• Courier delivery (2 - 4 working days; free with $70 spent or top up $3.50)
• Express delivery (1 - 2 working days; free with $200 spent or top up $8) 

Kindly note that we do not provide self-collection option at our physical store for online purchases.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do! Delivery fees and periods depend on the country you are in. 

Can I request for my parcel to be left outside my residence, if there is no one there to accept my delivery?

Although not encouraged, you may request for your parcel to be left outside your address. However, please note that we will not be able to reimburse you if the parcel goes missing!

If you will not be home during the day to receive your parcel, we recommend sending your parcel to your office address.

It’s been more than a week and I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
